Manual override for public ink names

New feature alert! Until now the public name of an ink (aka the ink cluster) was automatically calculated from the most popular entries for brand, line, and ink name. This works fine in most cases, but sometimes the name is wrong and then people start using that name when adding inks to their collection and the name gets more popular instead of getting fixed.
